How do I sign in to the Print App?
Open the Menuwing Print App and sign in with your restaurant admin email and password — the same credentials you use for the Menuwing web admin. You need an active Menuwing restaurant account to use the app.
Which printers are supported?
The Print App works with Bluetooth, USB, and network (LAN) thermal receipt printers, and can also print to A4 / PDF. Pair your printer from Printer Setup in the web admin, then select it in the app.
Orders aren't printing automatically. What should I check?
Make sure Auto-print is enabled and a printer is selected on the Print App dashboard, that the device has a network connection, and that the background service is running so the app stays connected while minimised.
Why didn't I get a notification for a new order?
Confirm that notifications are allowed for Menuwing in your device settings and that the background service is enabled. The app keeps a live connection for instant alerts and falls back to push notifications when closed.
How do I delete my account or data?
Email us at support@menuwing.com from the address associated with your account and we'll help you delete your account data.
